Andrra graduated in Construction Engineering with a bachelor's degree from the University for Business and Technology - UBT in Pristina. Subsequently, she obtained a Master's degree in Building and Architectural Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Milan.
She has two years of professional experience at Edifice Ingenierie, based in Prizren/Meru, where her main responsibility was creating technical drawings for construction projects, with a particular focus on residential buildings located in France.
She has been part of the Fincon team since May 2023, specializing in the development of Finite Element Method (FEM) models and the creation of technical drawings for both new construction projects and retrofitting of existing structures. Additionally, she has experience in the microstructural analysis of construction materials.
Julia-Nerantzia Tzortzi (Georgi) is an Associate Professor in the Department of Built Environment and Construction Engineering at the Politecnico di Milano. From 1997 to 2000, Julia was the Head of the Environmental Department of the design and construction company EGNATIA ODOS S.A., which built the Egnatia Road, the international road that stretches from the Adriatic Sea to the borders of Turkey, crossing Greece.
Julia collaborated for 15 years as a Forestry Engineer and Landscape Architect with the Minister of Environment, Urban Planning, Energy, and Climate Change of Greece. Between 2000 and 2004, she contributed her expertise to the Athens 2004 Olympic Games as a Project Manager and Head of the Environmental Department. She designed and oversaw the implementation of significant landscape architecture projects (urban parks, greenways, venues) for the Athens 2004 Olympic Games.

Alessandro Menghini is a Structural Engineer, holding a degree from Politecnico di Milano and a PhD in Civil Engineering. He is a registered member of the Order of Engineers of the Province of Milan. Since 2023, he has been a Partner at Fincon.
Since May 2019, Alessandro has been involved in a collaborative project between Politecnico di Milano and Regione Lombardia, focused on developing guidelines for the retrofitting of existing bridges at a regional level.
Currently, he serves as a researcher at Politecnico di Milano, where he actively supports teaching activities in subjects such as Bridge Theory and Design, Design of Structures, and Design Laboratory. He supervises master's theses and coordinates research projects at national and European levels.
Since 2017, Alessandro has been engaged in structural design and retrofitting work, including site supervision and technical consultancy. His primary areas of expertise include analysis, finite element modeling, and structural monitoring of existing road and railway bridges. He has authored numerous publications in national and international conference proceedings, as well as scientific journals.

I am qualified as a Coordinator for safety during the design and execution phases of works in temporary or mobile construction sites (D.Lgs. 81/2008) and as an expert in interventions for Radon gas remediation (D.Lgs. 101/2020). Additionally, I am listed in the Ministry of the Interior's registry of fire safety professionals (D.Lgs. 139/2006).
